Sliding doors that bang shut or won’t stay closed will soon be a thing of the past thanks to the latest range of Slido sliding door gear from Hafele.

Slido combines high quality track and running gear with concealed Smuso soft closing, which uses a sprung hydraulic damper to first slow the door and then pull it gently closed.

Soft closing can be used for just one end of the door’s travel or fitted in tandem for a completely silent, smooth and safe solution. Slido track can be ceiling or wall mounted, with Smuso soft close options available for door weights up to either 40 or 80kg, and in versions for both timber and frameless glass panels.
